Terms of use

1. The service

These Terms govern your use of 07734, including the iPhone app, website, pager-number service, OPERATOR, purchases, and related features. By using network paging or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The app recreates pager hardware and conventions for entertainment and person-to-person communication. References to carrier service, AIRTIME, hardware models, and paging terminology are part of the product experience. 07734 is not affiliated with Motorola or other historical pager manufacturers.

2. Accounts and pager numbers

A network account uses Sign in with Apple through Clerk. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device and sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or pager number has been compromised.

Pager numbers are service identifiers, not telephone numbers. We may assign, reserve, retire, or change numbers as needed to prevent abuse, resolve conflicts, comply with law, or operate the service. Custom number availability is not guaranteed. Retired numbers may remain unavailable to protect prior relationships and block records.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use 07734 to:

• Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or repeatedly contact others.
• Send unlawful, sexually exploitative, hateful, or violent content.
• Distribute spam, malware, scams, or deceptive commercial messages.
• Probe blocks, evade screening, or create numbers to bypass moderation.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service for emergency dispatch or safety-critical messages.

We may hold, restrict, remove, or preserve content; block numbers; suspend access; or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.

4. Your pages and handles

You keep ownership of content you send. You give 07734 permission to host, transmit, format, display, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and moderate the service. This permission includes routing pages to recipients, storing report evidence, and generating an OPERATOR reply from a recent thread.

Only send content and callback handles you have the right to share. Recipients can block your number or report your page. A T-95 reply is selected from a fixed set; the app does not provide free-text two-way replies from that device.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Apple processes purchases. Device unlocks and custom-number rights are one-time products when offered. AIRTIME may be offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Current prices, renewal terms, taxes, trial details, and cancellation controls are shown by Apple at the time of purchase and control over website copy.

Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account. Refunds are governed by Apple’s policies. Restoring a purchase may require the same Apple and 07734 account linkage used when it was made.

6. Availability and changes

Pager delivery may be delayed, unavailable, or refused. LOCAL LINE can use standby capacity and may return NETWORK BUSY. Notifications, connectivity, Apple services, and third-party providers can also affect delivery.

We may change or discontinue features, service tiers, hardware simulations, number inventory, or provider integrations. We will not retroactively invent a price on this website; the App Store purchase sheet remains the price authority.

7. Disclaimers and responsibility

07734 is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, message delivery, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of any page. The service is not end-to-end encrypted and is not appropriate for emergencies, medical instructions, legal deadlines, or other safety-critical communication.

To the extent permitted by law, 07734 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Continuing to use network features after an update means the revised Terms apply, where permitted by law.
